We warranty our products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship within our limited lifetime warranty. The warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship. We will repair or replace your Orion Knife that is defective.

We believe in our products and their ability to perform as intended. Orion Knives does not warranty products against normal wear or misuse. Products are not intended to be used as a pry bar, screwdriver, hammer, chisel, or throwing knife. If your product was damaged due to misuse, We can review the issues and possibly repair it at a reasonable fee.

Edge maintenance is currently not being offered. Local knife sharpening services are available nationwide if you would not like to sharpen your knife edge. A strop or ceramic rod can be used to maintain your knife edge, before it will need a resharpening.

If your product has a manufacturing defect due to materials or manufacturing, please complete the form below for return authorization. If your item is worn or broken due to accidental damage, or other issues, please email your request to info@orionknives.com

Within 30 days of the delivery confirmation. If you decide to return the product, not due to manufacture defect determined by Orion Knives. The product must be returned through a return authorization by using the form below. The Orion Knife product being returned for a refund must be complete, in new, unused condition, and in the original packaging. Once the product is received and, in the condition, stated. A refund of the merchandise value will be made minus the cost of shipping and processing fees from the original invoice. Return shipping is not covered by Orion Knives

Tool Kits

We Strive for quality products manufactured in the United States. Our tools are guaranteed to be as represented and free of defects caused by defective materials or faulty workmanship.

In order to keep prices reasonable, we can not offer replacement of tools in use for many years (sometimes 30+) that wear out/break. Our warranty guards against defective materials and faulty workmanship. Bits, Lubricant, and Threadlocker are consumable items and do not have a warranty past defects in materials or workmanship. Tool replacement requires that faulty parts are returned to us with proof of purchase within three years. Our warranty does not cover products that are improperly used, abused or altered.

Reviewed/Used Knives

Products and discriptions of products are completed in good faith and photos of the actual product being purchased. Please contact us for any concerns you may have once the product arrives.

The warranty in workmanship would be provided by the manufacture of the products and are sold As Is and in completing the purchase you have reviewed and agree to the condition of the product being purchased.
